"We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children", Our story started more than two and half decade back in the year 1994 with ‘Empower Software Pvt. Ltd.’ co-founded by Mr. Vineet Sabharwal. Empower was an offshore development company producing cutting-edge multimedia applications in line with its US based parent company, Empower Corporation. They broke new grounds in the area of simulations, games, performance support, and story-based learning environments and were awarded Company of the Year in the Innovation Category by NCEITA (North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association) in 1998.

1999

In 1999, Mr. Vineet Sabharwal co-founded Enhance Systems Private Limited to enter the nascent E-learning market in India. Having started with early adopter brands like, Nestle, ICI, ICICI, Amway, HUL, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, Fritolay, etc., Enhance grew into a complete e-learning solutions company; offering complete custom-made content development solutions including language translation, micro learning videos, game-based learning, simulations etc. and learning management systems. Enhance has been recognized for their excellence by several organization and appreciated by countless testimonials.

2019

L2W was born in January 2019, to take the offerings in the learning space to the next level – with agile, responsive and adaptive mind-set of WYWIWYG ‘What You Want Is What You Get’.
